This study aims to explain how the influence of motivation and work competence on employee performance with career development as an intervening variable. used 105 employees Directorate Fleet Engineering PT. PELNI (Persero) a sample. Collecting data using interviews, observation questionnaires. uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis instrument testing Partial Least Square (PLS) method.
